Powerful 40cm 40V Cordless Brushcutter
The Greenworks GD40BC is a durable yet lightweight brushcutter with a 40cm cutting width for small to medium sized lawns. Powered by an advanced 40V lithium-ion battery which combines a compact design with powerful performance, as part of the 40V family the battery can be used in any of the other tools available, offering total flexibility and convenience.
With a strong aluminium split shaft, the GD40BC is durable and easy to transport and store. For total control during use the machine features a variable speed trigger, giving you the right power when you need it to assist in increasing runtimes.
Grass Trimmer & Brushcutter functions
The GD40BC is suited to small and medium sized lawns for light trimming or heavy cutting. Featuring a dual line nylon cutter head with auto bump feed. When you need more cutter line, simply tap the head on the floor while in use and the cord will extend to its correct length. For heavier growth simply fit the brushcutter steel blade to make light work of thicker grass and brambles.

The Greenworks G40BC offers total convenience, with no petrol or electric cables to deal with. Instead simply insert the advanced 40V battery and you are ready to trim. As part of the Greenworks 40V family, the battery can be used in a range of different tools, from lawnmowers, blower / vacuums, chainsaws and even lawn rakes. The advanced brushless motor ensures maximum efficiency, giving longer runtimes and increased performance.
Variable Speed
For total control the GD40BC features Variable Speed, allowing you to control the speed of the cutting head depending on the task at hand. Perfect when trimming around areas such as gravel paths to avoid debris being launched.
