The Greenworks Optimow 15 is a fully automatic robotic lawnmower designed for the professional care of lawns up to 1,500 m². Installation is simple: everything you need is included. Just attach a boundary wire and connect it to the base station.

Once installed, the Optimow 15 mows the lawn according to your preset schedule and recharges itself as needed. With the GSM-enabled app, you have full control from anywhere to change mowing times if required, and the built-in lift and collision sensors ensure safety at all times.

Advanced and quiet operation

The advanced design of the Greenworks Optimow 15 is suitable for larger lawns of up to 1500 m² (almost 6 tennis courts). Despite its ability to cover large areas, the machine is very maneuverable, and its exceptionally low operating noise makes you forget it's even there.

Full control over the Greenworks app

The Optimow 15 can be controlled and updated via GSM using the Greenworks app, allowing you to monitor the machine and change settings and schedules from anywhere in the world. A SIM card is pre-installed on the device and can be topped up as needed.

Safe and intelligent

The Optimow 15 is designed with safety in mind and features an integrated lift sensor that automatically stops the blades when the machine is lifted. Collision sensors allow the Optimow to detect obstacles, causing the machine to stop and turn around to mow elsewhere. In addition to safety, rain and frost sensors ensure that mowing only occurs under suitable conditions, and its integrated geofence safety system sends notifications if the machine ever leaves its designated area.

How does it work?

The concept is simple and involves a boundary wire around the perimeter of your lawn. This can be either fixed in the lawn or buried. Once installed, the Optimow 15 mows the lawn in a random pattern, leaving a carpet-like surface. For complex garden shapes, the optional guide wire allows the Optimow to easily navigate back to its base station for recharging.

How does Optimow know where cutting has already taken place?

The Optimow 15 doesn't know where it has mowed, and it doesn't need to. By mowing regularly in a random pattern, the entire lawn is easily covered, with only very small amounts being cut at a time, resulting in a perfectly even surface.

How is it charged?

Optimow 15 detects when the battery level is low and automatically returns to the base station to recharge before continuing to cut.

Where should I put the grass clippings?

The mowing method is "frequent and infrequent," leaving behind very small grass clippings that fall right down to the roots and are invisible to the naked eye. This grass then decomposes naturally, acting as fertilizer and resulting in a healthier, greener-looking lawn.

How often does the lawn need to be mowed?

Depending on the size of your lawn, set a mowing schedule either on the machine itself or via the Greenworks app. The Optimow 15 will then automatically follow this schedule.
